1. Self-Care

Take extra time daily to care for yourself. If you do facials or make up, provide yourself the allotted time. Soak in a bathtub once or twice weekly if possible. 2. Get Plenty of Rest

I know getting rest can be difficult for some, especially parents. Try organizing your day to free up your evening. If you have time, take a midday nap. Parents if you are having difficulty putting your children to rest, try adopting bedtime rituals ie dimming the lights, turning the tv off, playing relaxing music, reading a book, and no late night snacks. Try relaxing activities like reading books, journaling, or relaxing music. Meditation is also a great way to relax. For beginners, I would recommend starting with 10 to 15 minutes per day. 3. Fall in love with your physical self
